About Us:

As part of our front desk team, you’ll be the face of our hotel - creating a lasting first impression and helping ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Your Role:
As a **Guest Service Agent**, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
- Handling reservations, cancellations, and payment processing
- Assisting with guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer and reservation system knowledge
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
