Join a global professional services leader committed to solving the world’s biggest challenges in the areas of water, energy and urbanisation. Our Sydney office is seeking an experienced Administrator to become an integral member of the team, you will provide critical support and contribute to the overall success of the region. Ability to support our Paramatta office would also be highly desirable.

Working within a supportive and professional administration team, this role will largely support our bids team in their activities but also have the diversity to collaborate with business groups across the region and gain experience in a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

- collating & formatting technical documents, proposal, and tenders
- updating and developing CV’s for proposals
- taking minutes in meetings
- Supporting the Sydney Region with printing jobs, events and some PA duties for leaders and executives.

What would you bring to the team?

We’re looking for a team player, someone who’s prepared to help others and collaborate to deliver high quality outcomes. You’ll also be able to demonstrate;
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Strong attention to detail with experience formatting and collating documents
- Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines
- A strong client focus and dedicated approach to resolving problems and queries
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- High-level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, InDesign and Visio is desirable
- Experience in an engineering, construction, project management or management consultancy would be highly desirable

This a full-time opportunity, where you’ll be offered flexibility in a hybrid working arrangement. You’ll join a collaborative team who work hard together under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
