Esteem Care Services is looking for Support Workers to be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional care to a participant based near Redbank Plains.

This participant is male and has requested only male Support Workers apply.

The Support Worker will be required to utilise their own vehicle for outings.

As a Support Worker, you play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and improve their overall well-being.

Your responsibilities could include:

- Accompanying individuals to appointments and social outings
- Community Access
- Personal Care
- Providing companionship and engaging with the participant
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication management
- Supporting individuals with daily activities and household tasks including tidying

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet or being willing to obtain the following requirements:

- Appropriate work attire and hygiene
- Copy of Certificate of qualification (or proof of study)
- Identification documentation (100 points)
- Valid Blue Card
- Valid NDIS Screening Card
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver's License
- Completed the Free NDIS Orientation Modules
- Comprehensive Car Insurance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.25 - $55.09 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
