Role Overview:
As a Structural Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the structural aspects of high-rise construction projects. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of these projects, while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and supervise all structural construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, project plans, and safety protocols, while upholding the highest standards of quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify any potential issues or deviations from the design plans, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of the project.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, and provide guidance and support supervising Cadets.
- Foster a culture of safety, emphasising the importance of adhering to safety protocols and implementing best practices to mitigate risks on-site.
- Document and maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, and any deviations from the original plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Structural Site Supervisor in high-rise construction projects, with a deep understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing structural construction.
- Proficiency in interpreting and analysing complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address construction-related challenges promptly and effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the construction process.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in structural engineering or construction management.
