Located in the Perth CBD and reporting directly to C-Suite, as the General Manager of Human Resources you strive to continuously improve staff culture, employee relations and staff management of this successful WA company with a national footprint.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and solutions across the business and provide localised delivery of HR advisory and administrative services to people related issues. As a member of the leadership team, you'll be in a position of influence whilst leading, coaching and developing your own HR team.

Our ideal GM of HR will have demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and be adaptable, energetic and creative.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Strategic, operational and business partnering leadership
- Provide professional advice and solutions on employment related issues
- Contribute consistent and continuous improvement of HR services
- Manage and lead a team of HR professionals

One thing to note, this role, particularly in the beginning is diving just as much into the human resources detail as it is at the strategic level. You'll be presented with growth opportunties along the way, building out your HR team as well as working on exciting new business projects too

**About you;**

Tertiary qualified, you are an experienced leader with well-developed generalist skills and have a resilient, proactive and collaborative approach with proven influencing skills. You are a real people person and thrive on the pace and buzz of a growing, progressive organisation. You enjoy pivoting between strategic and "hands on" work and are a true business partner and leader. Your extensive HR experience gained from large, complex organisations is paramount to your success in this senior role.
