We are currently seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to work at an Early learning centre conveniently located in Engadine. This centre has been educating children for over 15 years and uses the Montessori Approach to education. Every area of the centre has been thought out to encompass the curriculum and to develop knowledge and skills that provides the foundation of a lifelong love for learning. The core Curriculum covers areas such as practical life skills, sensory development, literacy, numeracy, science, geography, and art. These areas provide the best foundation as students prepare for their transition to school. As part of their philosophy the centre is passionate about sustainability and this is embedded in their program. They provide a home like environment and encourage family participation.

**Your new role**

This fabulous centre is looking to welcome a passionate and caring Diploma Qualified Educator to their centre. You will work as a team with the dedicated and passionate early childhood professional educators who are very experienced and committed to provide an enriching program through a series of principles, practices and learning outcomes guided by Early Learning Frameworks. Your role will be to partner with the team to deliver education and care which is reflected daily on their practices and strive for continuous improvement in all quality areas of the National Quality Standard. As a professional you will constantly work on positive and supporting environment. The centre prides itself where they exemplify the values that leads to intellectual curiosity and learning and foster these values in children.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families, children, and other staff.
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Valid working with children's check & first aid desirable.
