The Centre

anzuk Education is working with a well-known council service in Sydney who are seeking an experienced Diploma qualified educator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who has the drive to work in a team in providing quality & care towards the children & families with a supportive management team. The working conditions are fantastic with great ABOVE award rates and a retention bonus. 

The OpportunityIn this full time, permanent role, your role as an educator will be to assist with designing an exceptional program for the children in your care. You must also have excellent rapport building skills and be looking to engage with families and develop meaningful relationships with children. Due to the Centre being highly staffed, workload is significantly reduced. Additionally, the Director promotes regular professional development as well as offering excellent, above award rates of pay. This Centre invites and encourages new, innovative ideas and often trials new methods and systems before others. 

The Ideal EducatorTo apply for this role, you will have ideally had at least 1 years experience in a similar role and must have a Diploma in Early Years Education or ACECQA approved equivalent. Working towards Diploma educators also welcome to apply. 

In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. You will The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families. 

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;

  • Diploma (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Full Australian working rights
