**Duties**

You will be involved in advising high-profile clients on complex Corporate/Real estate fund matters.

**About You**
- Senior Lawyer/Special Counsel with at least **6 years PQE**; with
- A relevant L**aw Degree** or **Juris Doctor,** coupled with solid academics;
- Excellent drafting, problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Extremely strong communication skills, with a focus on clientele service; and
- Must have proven experience in large corporate transactions, REITS and FIRB.
