**The Opportunity**

Join one of Australia's leading Real Estate Fund Managers.

Work directly with the executive leadership team which have diverse backgrounds, coming from wholesale fund managers, super funds, and global capital groups.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with our Development and Asset Management teams to promote best-practice ESG across the Real Estate portfolio.
- Monitoring current and future trends around ESG impacting real estate and the built environment and helping to implement that into the business.
- Working with our Investors and updating them on our progress across ESG initiatives.
- Project management of the implementation of ESG across the business.
- Researching and preparing thought leadership on the impact of innovation and technology on improving ESG outcomes
- Developing and delivering workshops on topical innovation, ESG issues
- Identifying ESG problems and matching innovations or technology solutions that can address those problems

**About You**
- You are passionate about ESG with 5 + yrs of experience of working in a Consulting Firm/ Corporate organizations
- Proven experience of developing ESG strategies and implementing related processes
- Monitoring ESG trends and emerging frameworks to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving ESG landscape
- Understanding commercial implications of ESG initiatives to inform strategy and practical implementation within a corporate context.
- Have strong attention to detail and superior communication skills
- Enjoys researching and writing to generate reports and thought leadership
