**The Company**

A cornerstone of Australia's thriving real estate funds management sector, seen internally and externally as one of the more active - by way of new products and FUM.

This particular role sits within the Chief Investment Officers' office. Highly active, exposure to global investors based offshore & will involve regular interaction with executive committee and board.

**The Opportunity**

This role is working alongside a fund manager and assistant fund manager across three separate products, listed & unlisted. Total FUM exceeds $8bn

Listed Fund: FUM greater than $4bn with an active mandate to grow by $300-500m pa

Unlisted Fund #1: $1.5bn of equity from two offshore investors with a target of over $5bn FUM, very aggressive targeted returns, and a wide remit of both equity & debt investing.

Unlisted Fund #2: $1bn equity with a FUM target of $4bn, value-add across diversified sectors.

The broader team includes capital transactions, corporate development, as well as institutional fund-raising colleagues. Therefore in the central decision-making team. You can expect to work with smart minds and senior executives who have personal involvement in some of Australia's largest property transactions & fund management achievements.

The client envisages attracting an existing fund analyst, who really wants to be attached to high-quality global capital, and high-volume, big-ticket deals. Think M&A, listed market transactions as well as portfolio deals at the asset level.

You may have started your career in corporate finance, funds management, or banking M&A, and have a genuine passion for real estate.

Must have strong financial modeling skills in excel, a natural work ethic, and be able to communicate your personal drive in diversified real estate funds management.
