A significant part of your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to deliver the following outcomes:

- **Support for the Risk & Governance and People Leadership Teams **, by playing a key support role in the implementation plan of CPS230 and FAR.
- **Play a key support role in all stakeholder engagement and communication, **by organising meetings, coordinating attendance and preparing/distributing material.
- **Play a lead role in Governance and Project reporting **by updating our project tracking system (Sensei), preparing and presenting status reports to various audiences, and supporting the preparation of material for the Executive team and Board.
- **Develop material for the key artefacts that are required under CPS230 and FAR, **including Critical Operations, Material Service Providers and Accountability Statements, ensuring information is captured in our Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Co-ordinate and work with external Consultants **who will be engaged from time to time to provide assurance over the project.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you should ideally be able to demonstrate:

- Three years or more experience with Superannuation or the Financial Services industry essential
- Knowledge of risk, resilience and compliance requirements and Governance Risk and Compliance systems preferred
- Strong organisational skills with experience in project or change delivery support preferred

- A willingness to “roll your sleeves up and get stuff done”
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Sound written and verbal communication, including an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, internally and externally.

We're passionate about knowledge and sharing it amongst our members and our employees, therefore we believe that a balance of working from home and time in office is the best way to collaborate and build relationships with your colleagues. We ask you to be able to commit to 60% of your time in office.
