**About The Role**

We are excited to announce a new Director Mental Health Service Reform position to drive reforms within our Mental Health Program. This is a once in a life time opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with deep knowledge of the mental health system, expertise in project and change management, operational experience, as well as the necessary content expertise to join the Mental Health Program.

This position is a full-time 3-year fixed-term role, working across multiple facilities across the Mental Health Program as required.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications in Health Services Management, Project Management, Management or Business (desirable)
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and qualifications
- Proven leadership and management experience in a large multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Current Victorian Driver’s licence
- Australian working rights
