Mental Health Services Director

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and managing mental health teams with direct reports including unit managers, allied health manager, intake coordinator, ECT and TMS coordinators.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide stewardship, leadership, and guidance to enhance service delivery of all mental health services, meeting the needs and expectations of consumers, specialists, and the community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advanced clinical leadership and operational oversight across mental health inpatient, outpatient, and day program services
- Working in collaboration with the General Manager (GM) and Director of Nursing (DON)
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing)/ Nursing or equivalent healthcare stream
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Meeting compliance requirements - Working with Children check, police check, serology, and immunisation, workplace health and safety questionnaire
