We are currently hiring a product specialist for a casual role, approximately 2-3 days a week.

We need a true expert in stationery products If you have a genuine passion for stationery, paper, and pens, along with retail experience, you could be the perfect fit. If you also have experience in visual merchandising, that's a fantastic bonus. We're looking for someone who can work collaboratively with the team while also being able to take initiative and work autonomously. If you love stationery and have the relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you

**Product Specialist**

The role of a Product Specialist is crucial in driving business growth as they serve as a primary point of contact for customers in the store. This position plays a key role in all sales activities, encompassing greeting customers, handling sales, refunds, and exchanges, addressing inquiries, offering support, showcasing products, and delivering product information with the utmost commitment to exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities are**:
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-stocked selling floor with merchandise.

Handling product stocking and effective merchandising.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
