This organisation is committed to overseeing the delivery of high-quality education services for over 100,000 students. Recently formed, the organisation oversees the governance and administration of learning communities and is now undergoing significant growth and change.

Supporting Senior Business Partner, this dynamic role provides hands on management, problem solving, coaching and direction to stakeholders across the business.

Your key accountabilities in this role will include:

- Coach and supporting internal stakeholders on all HR issues including employee relations, policy interpretation and performance management
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and best practice
- Continual improvement of processes including performance reviews, organisational reviews and change management processes
- Champion end to end recruitment and partner with hiring managers to achieve superior recruitment outcomes, talent management and workforce planning
- Preparation of meaningful HR reports and metrics
- Being a key part of key HR projects

This role will suit an experienced generalist who is consultative and can influence at all levels across a business. You will be experienced in dealing with employee issues and be able to work with complex and sensitive situations. Additionally, you will be a creative and strategic thinker, enjoy coaching leaders and building relationships and be pragmatic in your approach.
