One of Australia’s leading hospitality groups is currently in the market for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join us at the winery and other sites across the New South Wales estate.

Australian Venue Co is are leader in hospitality, and we are on the search for a passionate multisite sommelier to lead our teams in all things wine, food and service.

From Kingsley's to The Winery in Surry Hills, our venues are unique and we are looking for a driven individual to help elevate the customer experience across all sites. Our multi-site sommelier will be responsible for developing the wine program across all venues.

**We are offering**:

- Generous Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Plus Super

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Developing a wine service model suitable for each venue within the NSW estate.
- Curating an exciting and interesting wine list at our bespoke sites.
- Building internal training programs and executing them across all venues
- Structuring an incentive program to achieve the state’s financial goals.
- Engaging suppliers and curating wine dinners.
- Adherence to stock control and cost control procedures
- A passion to enhance the customer experience from your depth of knowledge regarding food and wine.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role and a minimum WSET 2.
- High personal presentation and a positive and friendly attitude.
- A professional and personal approach to your work.
- Enthusiasm for comprehensive standard operating procedures
- Can be a desirable narrative.
- Proven performance in wine sales.
