**About the Roles**

We are seeking passionate and professional hospitality team members to join us in the following casual positions:

- **Section Waiters**: Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service in a premium setting.
- **Runners**:Deliver food and beverages to tables and assisting with guest needs.
- **Barista**: Craft and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with efficiency and attention to detail.
- **Bartender**: Craft exceptional drinks with flair, consistency, and efficiency.
- **Host**: Welcome and seat guests, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless first impression.
- **Sommelier**: Curate and recommend wines with expert knowledge, enhancing each guest’s dining experience through perfect pairings.
- **Supervisor**: Lead and support the team in delivering impeccable service, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

**About You**

We're looking for team members who:

- Hold a current RSA.
- Have prior experience in a similar role within high-quality restaurants, bars, or hotels.
- Thrive in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong guest focus.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
