Since opening Hinchcliff House in early 2021, we have grown to operate 16 distinctive venues and have exciting new sites under development, reflecting our commitment to contributing to exceptional eating and drinking experiences in Sydney and Australia.

About the Hinchcliff House Venues:

  • Apollonia – A moody, history-rich Sicilian bar with big negronis, bold cocktails, and a lot of heart.
  • Grana – Our Italian restaurant, serving fresh, high-quality produce with simple, delicious drinks and warm hospitality, from lunch until late.
  • Lana – A one-hatted dining experience by Executive Chef Alex Wong, blending European and Asian flavours with modern elegance.
  • Grana Privato - Expanding on the success of Grana, we have reimagined Level Two of Hinchcliff House as Grana Privato - a versatile private restaurant. Designed to accommodate both smaller groups and larger gatherings of up to 90 guests.

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate wine lover, also known as sommelier, to join our team across the Hinchcliff House Venues If you have a deep appreciation for wine, an extensive knowledge of varietals, and a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests, we want you on board.

The details: Up to 30 Hours, Wednesday to Saturday.
