Our Valued client is a Real Estate business based in St Mary’s and is in seek of a Part Time Property Manager. Experience is ideal but all serious applicants will be considered. This position may also be an opportunity to work within the sales department should the applicant want to also pursue a sales pathway.

Working hours are part time during Mon - Fri and can be flexible to work around children’s school hours if necessary.

**To be considered you must obtain/be**:

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - REISA
- Drivers license and reliable transport
- Self - motivation, organisational skill and solid computer skills
- Comply with business guidelines
- Be able to work collaboratively with all staff in ensuring compliance with the business direction and culture and the execution of functions in respect to Customer Service

**Salary**: $29.37 - $35.76 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
