Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in Adelaide, SA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of managed properties, coordinating bookings, conducting inspections, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained. The role will also include managing relationships with property owners, vendors, and guests. Some work from home is acceptable in this position.

Qualifications

  • Property management skills, including overseeing operations, conducting inspections, and maintenance coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and manage relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using property management software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly between office and remote settings
  • Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field is a plus
