We are seeking a well-presented, highly capable, and personable Office Manager / Administrator / Executive Assistant to join our Adelaide-based team.

About the Role

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office role
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain and improve office systems and procedures
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Manage social media presence for both businesses
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and administration
  • Executive support including calendar and email management
  • Meeting and travel coordination
  • Documentation and compliance support

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years' experience in a similar role (property, finance, or professional services preferred)
  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams is essential
  • Discreet, reliable, and committed to excellence
  • Some business experience in social media management is required
