- What role will you play?As an Associate Director, you will lead the audit team covering our Retail, Business Banking and Wealth Management business, where you will be working closely with both senior management and the Board to provide assurance of, and ultimately influence the implementation of Macquarie’s risk management framework.
You will own the development and delivery of the audit plan for the Banking and Financial Services Operating Group to meet their regulatory, compliance, financial reporting, legal and risk management requirements, and contribute to the continual improvement of the overarching risk management framework.
You will also have a role in collaborating with other teams to contribute to the internal audit strategy and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a department that is progressive and innovative.

- About the Risk Management GroupIn our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
