We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our technology risk consulting start-up client. This role is a hybrid working environment.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging your networking skills and market knowledge in the IT industry.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets for IT solutions.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up to date on the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Generate new leads, build a strong pipeline of potential customers, and convert them into loyal clients for IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients and exceed customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing product and technical knowledge, and building trust and confidence in our company and offerings.
- Accurately forecast future sales, negotiate deals, and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and results.
- Ensure customer success by closely aligning with customer programs and proactively addressing their needs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on selling IT solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners in the IT sector.
- elf-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong networking and prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with technology risk consulting or related fields is a plus.
