- St Paul’s Anglican Kindergarten has been delivering quality, play-based early childhood education to local families for 80 years. **Work Days of the Role**

- 15-18 hours (negotiable)- **Description**- **The Opportunity** We are seeking an inspiring and experienced **Centre Manager** to lead our kindergarten’s educational and operational excellence. This pivotal role combines the functions of **Nominated Supervisor** and **Educational Leader**, providing overall management, teaching leadership, and strategic direction for our service. **Key Responsibilities**- Lead and manage the daily operations of the kindergarten in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Inspire, mentor, and support a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a high-quality, inclusive, and play-based educational program.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, staff, the Committee of Management, and the wider community.
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan.

- **Qualifications**- **About You** You are an experienced early childhood professional who is passionate about leading teams and nurturing learning environments that put children first. You will bring:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current VIT registration (or Working with Children Check if applicable).
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates.
- Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Commitment to child safety, inclusion, and community partnerships-
