Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a Trainee to join our vibrant **Canterbury**Service.

This exciting opportunity allows you to earn while you learn, as you work towards your Children's Services qualification. Gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and build a rewarding career in early childhood education and care.

This position is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with off-the-floor time to complete your studies.

**Responsibilities**
- Work alongside the team to provide high-quality education and care.
- Develop and deliver an inclusive and innovative program.
- Maintain a safe environment, proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols.
- Lead by example in all interactions, fostering a respectful and collaborative team culture.
- Partner with families to support their children’s development and education goals.
- Build & maintain clear and accurate communication within the team, children and families, and nurture professional, supportive and respectful relationships.

**About You**
- Valid full working rights in Australia
- Full-time availability required between 6:00 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- A demonstrated interest in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Currently enrolled in or interested in completing a **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care** with our preferred training provider.
- Commitment to upholding a **Child Safe Organisation** and inclusive practices
