**About the Role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Residential Customer Service Administrator is critical to our customer’s journey. You will support our customers in their construction journey with us, proactively communicating with them at key milestones and supporting them during handover.
**Key duties include**:
- Liaising with customers throughout the construction process to update them on key milestones from slab pour to handover.
- Provide exceptional customer support to answer queries and concerns they may have and resolve any issues.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as councils, surveyors, conveyancers, and service providers to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Update and maintain all relevant documentation for each build
**Skills & Experience required**
- Building and construction experience is preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service and administration experience within a high-volume business
- Proactively manage customer expectations
- Be capable of effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between clients and site personnel
- Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations, approvals, submissions, and other required documentation
- Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
