**Join the team**
We are looking for a Iteration Manager to join our team. The role is critical in enabling Post Purchase team’s work that directly contributes to the Strategic objectives of Kmart in Online Acceleration & MarTech space.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Work along with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other business stakeholders to prioritise technology and business initiatives.
- Drive delivery to ensure risks are addressed or escalated in a timely manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, create workstream reports and promote transparency.
- Coordinate with onshore & offshore teams and manage dependencies between dedicated workstreams.
- Lead, facilitate and manage the release planning and iteration.
- Facilitate sprint meetings and workshops for dedicated streams.
- Identify process improvements and measure the impact of team velocity
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Organising and prioritising work items in line with product roadmap
- Facilitating analysis of requirements
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills - can articulate to all levels of the business the requirements of a given problem
