The Kmart Digital Team is at the forefront of our online presence, driving innovation and ensuring a seamless online and mobile shopping experience for our customers. Comprising talented individuals from various disciplines, this dynamic team plays a vital role in shaping the future of retail in the digital age.

As the Delivery Manager to join our Online Team, you will work with Iteration Managers and specialist Business Analyst’s and assume responsibility for the delivery of key strategic IT projects, enabling us to vastly improve our ability to deliver products that delight our customers at incredible prices.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Leading and managing the successful delivery of projects within our digital technology team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Overseeing day-to-day activities of your team, providing guidance and direction to a team of Business Analysts and Iteration Managers to ensure the right work is being prioritised and delivered in line with ambitious sprint schedules.
- Actively engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Building relationships with the business stakeholders across the Supply Chain and Merchandise IT portfolio and Distribution network, through transparent communication.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role working within retail or e-commerce domains, with a strong track record leading Agile teams towards successful project delivery.
- Experience defining delivery priorities for supply chain coupled with the ability to create compelling business cases to support technological uplift.
- Strong people management skills, including leading and guiding teams to achieve project objectives.
- Comfortable working with offshore teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Exceptional prioritisation skills, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
- Ability to build trust and effectively communicate with business stakeholders.
- Previous experience in vendor management, ensuring effective partnerships and successful project outcomes.
