Join our dynamic team as a Digital CX Design Manager In this role you will shape the future of our digital customer experience, lead large projects and make a lasting impact. We are seeking a strategic and critical thinker, with an agile mindset to match.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Design, this role will work across functions to identify critical customer journeys, and shape how they are improved to enhance customer experience. Unleash your creativity and drive in a role filled with opportunities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**As the CX Design Manager, you will**:
- Lead, support and manage a team of UX designers. Work with team members to navigate challenges, provide direction and mentorship.- Ensure consistent and thoughtful end to end experiences are being created by the team for the Kmart and Target customers- Increase the level of customer satisfaction and profitability of Kmart and Target online businesses- Support and guide team to ensure experiences exceed customer needs and are both feasible and cost-effective to roll out at scale.- Advocate a customer-centric culture across the organisation.

**To Be Successful in This Role You’ll Have**:
- Experience in a similar role, retail experience highly regarded- Experience with customer facing products or services- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards with a thorough understanding of inclusive design principles- Exposure to the end to end design processes from research, discovery through to delivery, measurement and iterative optimisation- Expertise in Human cantered design- Proven ability to work effectively in an environment of high activity, competing priorities and time constraints- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to create effective presentations and communicate with influence- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
