**Production Manager (Manufacturing) - Steel Reinforcement processing**

**Company Description**:Form700 is a leading steel reinforcement processing factory dedicated to producing high-quality steel reinforcement products for the construction industry. Committed to precision, quality, and safety, we are currently seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee and optimize the allocation of resources to ensure efficient processing of steel reinforcement products.

**Position Summary**: The Production Manager is responsible for strategically managing and allocating resources to optimize the production processes within the steel reinforcement processing factory. The primary focus of this role is to ensure efficient cutting and bending of steel reinforcement products while maintaining quality standards and enhancing overall production flow and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically allocate production resources to ensure optimal efficiency throughout the production process.
- Develop and implement streamlined production processes to maximize resource utilization, improve production flow, and enhance overall management.
- Conduct regular assessments of production resource allocation, equipment utilization, and overall production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize production schedules and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and optimize production records, including documenting resource allocation results, production output, and corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve production-related challenges, identifying opportunities for resource optimization and process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, resource allocation, and overall productivity.
- Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for production personnel to improve their skills in resource management.
- Collaborate with the Operations Superintendent and other stakeholders to develop and implement resource allocation-related policies and procedures.

Salary is commensurate with experience ranging between $75K - $85K plus superannuation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
