Product Specialist

Overview

Based in our Derrimut, VIC office, this role will report into the National Product Manager and will focus on carrying out Sales, Quality and Marketing support for products within the Madison Express portfolio.

Madison Express specialises in the distribution of quality cable, connectivity and a range of Madison Group products primarily to the electrical wholesale market.

Alongside our own Garland brand, we represent a range of leading cabling, support and connectivity product lines including R&M and 3M.

The opportunity

Based in our Derrimut, VIC office, this role will report into the National Product Manager and will focus on carrying out Sales, Quality and Marketing support for products within the Madison Express portfolio.

Day to day you will:
Coordinate distribution of product datasheets and purchase specifications
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for marketing and promotional material including margin and pricing analysis
Responsible for preparation of RCM compliance folders and records
Supporting suppliers and customers with a variety of technical and operational requirements
Assist national sales team with quotes for existing and custom products
Design and evolve product training for efficient go to market enablement

In additional to these activities, you will be empowered to collaborate and engage the wider Madison Group Enterprises team to support product profitability and market growth.
