Quality Assurance Manager

Part Time

We are currently seeking self-motivated Quality Assurance Administrator who is committed to food quality and has a track record in driving continuous improvement to join our Food/Pasta Production team in Derrimut.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure all QA tasks and records are completed accurately and signed off within an appropriate time frame.
- Develop Product specification for different customers according to their requirement.
- Conduct internal checks to ensure CCPs are being performed in accordance with procedures
- Develop Nutritional information panel for new customers
- Ensure the product is inspected at the correct levels, conforms to specifications and is safe and hygienic.
- Monitoring and inspecting Food safety/Food handling through all phases of the processing.
- Conducting internal audits/GMP monitoring for processing plant including transport vehicles.
- Review and respond to customer complaints within the time frame.
- Developing, Maintaining and implementing the site quality management system including HACCP/ SQF, pathogen control and product quality.
- Conducting staff training on QA standards.

Qualifications & experience
- Worked in a similar environment for minimum 3 years
- Sound knowledge of all food laws and regulations including audit level experience of HACCP and SQF
- Substantial experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, preferably within a Food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Highly motivated with outstanding attention to detail, high problem solving skills and able to work independently.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
