Advertising Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advertising Manager to join the Bulla family. Reporting into the Head of Brand, Comms, and Insights, you will be responsible for leading strategy, development, and execution of integrated brand advertising campaigns across brand and portfolio ensuring alignment with brand strategy and internal briefs. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute innovative creative & media strategies to deliver strong return on investment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Brand Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and oversee integrated advertising campaigns across various channels including TV, print, digital, and social media.
- ** Budget Management**: Prepare and manage advertising budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide financial reports and forecasts.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align advertising strategies with business goals.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure advertising activities comply with industry standards and stay updated on regulatory changes.

**You will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, with a background ideally in both agency account management/production and marketing within FMCG or service industries
- Proven experience in managing large scale multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Current Australian driver's license and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
