Our client is expanding their team and is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in overseeing the compliance of licensed products within their brand's identity and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guarantee that all licensed products align with branding and logo usage guidelines as stipulated in licensing agreements.
- Keep meticulous records of product submissions, design approvals, and relevant correspondence associated with licensed apparel.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with external licensing companies and internal teams, ensuring consensus on approval timelines and requirements.
- Facilitate a seamless approval process by ensuring the timely submission of necessary documents and assets, and conducting reviews promptly.
- Maintain the royalty reporting tracker, meticulously review completed reports, and submit them to relevant stakeholders.
- Offer insightful feedback to licensors on design modifications or enhancements to meet brand standards.
- Provide routine reports to management on the status of licensing approvals, spotlighting any concerns or successes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
