Job Summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety seeks a highly skilled Executive and Operations Coordinator to provide critical support services to the Tobacco Licensing Victoria team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, Corporate Services and Operations and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate and manage branch deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, strategic briefings, and presentations for key committees.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and follow-up.
