**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**
Working in the BlueScope's Head Office in Melbourne and within the Enterprise Transformation team, the Change and Communications Lead will support the evolution and uplift of change and communications capability across the BlueScope portfolio of businesses with a specific focus in the Asia Pacific Region.
With a focus on developing and embedding change management practises, this role will focus on evolving change capability and demonstrating leadership in the domain of change and communications through the development of framework and toolkits to support transformation activity.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a framework and toolkit that can be practically applied by businesses in the portfolio in the regions and successfully measure the adoption
- Provide change management and communication mobilisation and support to enable successful delivery of transformation program portfolio in the region
- Maintain and continuously improve the Enterprise Transformation communication platforms such as SharePoint in line with key leads
- Own Workplace communication content and strategy for APAC Enterprise Transformation team, including development of case studies and other material to enable sharing of best practice across the organisation.

**About you**
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity and would suit someone with a background in consulting or enterprise change and communications.
Ideally we are looking for:
- Experience in coaching and supporting leaders and teams around transformation change communication
- Knowledge of and regular contribution to best-practice and future trends relating to change and transformations
- Proven track record of change success
- Strong leadership and communication skills to bring stakeholders together
- Experience fostering collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional teams that are not under direct control and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong Project Management skills to help the development and rollout of frameworks and tools to support regional customer experience
Knowledge and prior experience with PROSCI change management approach desired
