**Job Description**:
**What will you do?**

Working with TSA, you will support two of Australia's largest businesses. The first is **MyCar**, a tyre, automotive service and repair businesses. You will be assisting customers with the purchase of tyres and scheduling fittings. The second is **IAG**, one of Australia’s largest insurance companies. You will be assisting customers with their claims and supporting them through that process. This is a great opportunity to get a range of experience and kick-start your contact centre career

In performing this role you will have the flexibility to make conversations your own and treat customers exactly the way you would like to be treated.

**An overview of the role;**

**For the first week, you will be working with MyCar, assisting with their Black Friday sale. The following week, you will transition to working with IAG.**
- Training will take place **Tuesday 22nd of November,** with an expectation you would begin taking calls on Friday 25th of November for MyCar’s Black Friday sale. This will be onsite at our Burwood office.
- On **28th of November**, you would attend our Burwood office, to retrieve your equipment and return home, ready to commence training for IAG remotely, from the 29th of November.
- Must have stable internet connection with appropriate home office set up
- ** The first five days will be worked from our Burwood office, then IAG training will be conducted remotely.** **Following the completion of IAG training, you will work one day per fortnight from the office, the remainder from home.**:

- ** Salary of $52,000 pa + Super.**:

- ** Your shifts will fall between 8am and 6:06pm Monday to Friday**

**Your Role**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and provide a high level of customer service and care
- Build authentic relationships with customers
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure tyres are onsite for prior to appointments
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions and process account information
- Accurately manage customer expectations regarding their insurance and claim process
- Liaising with suppliers and repairers to validate, assess, and repair property insurance claims

**About You**
- Confident in taking ownership of calls to problem solve and come up with solutions
- A high degree of attention to detail
- You must be located within Melbourne and able to travel to our Burwood office to be successful in the role
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels
- Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
- Highly flexible and adaptable - welcomes change
