**What this job involves**:
The Workplace Ambassador strengthens the sense of community at JLL offices, by helping the workplace team facilitate togetherness, making operating in a JLL office space simple and easy, positively linking people and solutions, whilst undertaking all of this in a receptive, fun, approachable and responsive way.

The Workplace Ambassador in collaboration with the Workplace Manager are responsible for key elements of the operation of JLL’s Melbourne office. You will be a vital member of the team connecting internal and external stakeholders together and support engagement, as well as improvement in facilities management and the delivery of client-centric service excellence to end users.

**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner
Client/stakeholder support
Procurement & vendor support
Finance support
Health & safety
Site operations tasking
Coordinate booking of meeting / training rooms
Monitor consumable stock levels and order when required (stationery, groceries, etc.)
General site cleanliness
Issuing visitor passes

Ideally you will have prior experience in either hospitality, hotel management, concierge or property management. You will have a passion for customer service and will have strong administrative, communication and problem-solving skills. You must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients. Some knowledge of occupational safety requirements will be advantageous. If this sounds like you then you might be the best fit for this job.
