**What this opportunity involves**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and work onsite in Docklands with one of our new clients The Workplace Ambassador is responsible for key elements of the office operation. You will be a vital member of the team connecting internal and external stakeholders together and support engagement, as well as improvement in facilities management and the delivery of excellent customer service.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Reception desk duties at corporate offices for visitors, sign in, covid check in
Allocate car parks and managing maintenance of the car park site
Meeting Room Coordination
Assist with catering orders and events when required
Monitor consumable stock levels and order when required (stationery, groceries, etc.)
Escorting Clients/Contractors
Assist in the property risk management program

**Sound like you? What we are looking for**:
Qualification in Facilities Management, Building, Business or other related field, OR experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Self-motivated, confident, energetic and able to adapt in readily changing and stressful situations
Open to new ideas and contribute to the team
