The Role
- Key Account Executive
- Bega Group is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive role based in Perth, who is customer centric and loves cultivating meaningful relationships that result in customer retention and loyalty.
- Use your knowledge, skills and background to contribute to our ambitious growth plans here at The Great Australian Food company, creating great food for a better future
- You will have strong and proven sales track record and customer facing experience. You will be able to manage and grow our state-based accounts, planning and implementing sales to retain their business and grow those opportunities. You will identify and grow individual and MSO new business opportunities by learning what their goals are and helping your customers achieve them.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and drive sales in your state-based accounts-
- Coach and support our field sales team to drive compliance to Key Account Guidelines and a return on investment against Key Account plans-
- Lead WA in delivering key projects and providing state representation on National Project Teams as needed-
- Hunt for new business opportunities in line with the WA Key Account Strategy-
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders for improved business outcomes-
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews with your key accounts- About you- A strong entrepreneurial drive to network and drive new business-
- Solution focused, resilient, self-motivated, enthusiastic and has the ability to work autonomously-
- Strong negotiation ability-
- Confidence to present business results, plans and new products to customers-
- Can translate selling insights into compelling opportunities and benefits for the customer-
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and data analysis-
