**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform and manage **month-end closing activities**, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the **preparation of consolidated financial statements**.
- Support reporting requirements under **US GAAP** (preferred) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Liaise with auditors and support audit requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc financial tasks as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred but not essential.
- **Minimum 3 years’ experience** in accounting, with proven exposure to **month-end closing**.
- **Advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling, etc.).
- Experience in **financial consolidation** required.
- Familiarity with **US GAAP** reporting highly desirable.
- **QuickBooks experience** strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
