**The Role**:
Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns?

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales outcomes and conversion objectives through the delivery of our Digital Marketing Plan. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to design and oversee all aspects of the Digital Marketing Strategy.

In this role, you will manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimized spend and ROI targets are maintained. You will identify, test and optimize new digital channels to market to increase sales and decrease customer acquisition costs. Additionally, you will scale high-performing channels to extract maximal sales in an efficient manner.

To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in delivering effective paid media campaigns across search and display that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and oversee all aspects of the Digital Marketing Strategy with the Marketing Director
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a consistent online customer experience and identify new opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences
- Identify and develop opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers, and increase sales
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create, update, and maintain various digital properties such as websites, landing pages, and microsites in support of digital marketing campaigns
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid media (PPC), search, and paid social platforms, interpreting, understanding and acting on performance metrics to optimize further executions
- Analyze data to track conversions, streamline funnels, and optimize digital campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective paid media campaigns across search and display that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and sales
- A strategic thinker with solid commercial acumen who provides thought leadership and perspective and has an elevated level of attention to detail
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag
- Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Test and learn mindset to drive campaign optimization and maximize results
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Experience across TikTok, and programmatic marketing platforms is a huge bonus
