**The Role**:

- Joining an immensely successful pure-play business to drive, develop and implement strategies across the full performance marketing mix, working within a stellar digital team. With full budget accountability and agency management, you will focus on growing all paid digital channels and achieving optimum online performance.**Responsibilities & Experience**:

- Highly strategic role, managing the full performance marketing strategy across all Paid channels
- Full end to end ownership of the seven-figure media budget, focusing on delivering the very best ROI
- Demonstrated people management experience, mentoring & supporting the wider team to success
- Extensive data-driven background
- Previous experience working within the eCommerce space would be highly advantageous
- Strong strategic and executional background, developing and rolling out activity across all channels
- Demonstrated growth mindset, analytical thinking and ability to continuously drive innovation
