**The Opportunity**

**Program Change Manager - Regulatory Uplift - 12 month contract**

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced **Program Change Manager** to lead the change agenda across a large-scale, multi-stream **Regulatory Uplift Program**. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory changes are understood, adopted, and embedded across the organisation, minimising disruption and maximising value.

You will work closely with senior leaders, program teams, and business stakeholders to drive business readiness, foster engagement, and embed sustainable change.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of a program-wide change strategy aligned with regulatory objectives.
- Conduct impact assessments across people, processes, and technology to inform planning and mitigation.
- Collaborate with client teams including Risk, Compliance, Operational Resilience, and Technology
- Drive business readiness through structured change methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver targeted communication and engagement strategies to support adoption.
- Embed change into business-as-usual operations and monitor post-implementation effectiveness.
- Coach and support leaders and teams to fulfil their roles in delivering change.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence outcomes and ensure alignment.
- Provide regular reporting on change health, risks, and dependencies.

**About You**
- Solid experience in program-level change management, ideally within regulatory, financial services, or compliance-driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change across complex regulatory uplift or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance obligations, and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into business impacts.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including risk, legal, compliance, and operational leaders.
- Strong knowledge of change and project methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, Agile, Waterfall).
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivery.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience as a Change Manager in large and complex environments
