**Program Change Manager**

**24 month fixed term, with potential for extension**

**_ The Women’s_** will be responsible for the employees and the service provision of the **_one Digital Innovation Program_**. The **_one Digital Innovation Program_** will be accountable to **_The Women’s_**and **_The Royal Melbourne Hospital_**_ _**as equal partners which will be formulated within a shared agreement.

**The Position**
We are seeking an experienced and talented **_Program Change Manager_** who will be responsible for:
1. Establishment of the Change function and strategic direction of change within the oDIP department, across
- _The Women’s_ and
- _The Royal Melbourne Hospital._
- 2. Managing and guiding Change Managers and/or Change Leads/Analysts to ensure quality in the design, development and implementation of the change and communications on the various programs and projects being delivered by the oDIP department.

Whilst this position will provide Change Management oversight to all the programs and projects being delivered via oDIP, specific focus will be required on the
- **_HRIS Systems Program_** which is one of the key deliverables within oDIP. This program comprises of several inter-related projects, with the key projects being HRIS, Payroll and Rostering.

- **_HRIS Project_**
***will be a joint implementation between
- _The Women’s_ and
- _The Royal Melbourne Hospital_, and the
- **_Rostering Project_** will be a joint implementation between
- _The Women’s_,
- _The Royal Melbourne Hospital_ and
- _Western Health_.
- Please note that the implementation processes across these health services will be managed together at a program level, however, the system implementations will be separate instances for each health service.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement**

As this role fits into Category C of the departments risk ratings, applicants are strongly encouraged (although not required) to be vaccinated against influenza.
