**About the role**
As a skilled Project Lead Scheduler you will lead and mentor a newly created team of professional schedulers. This is a crucial role in strategic planning within the the Project Controls team and System Program Offices division.

**Skills and experience required**
- Extensive experience with OPP including for the management of major projects.
- Ability to perform mentoring and training in OPP.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to engagement with a range of key stakeholders in each of the projects, as well as engaging with stakeholders such as SPIA, industry and capability managers.
- Governance expertise to produce artefacts to standardise scheduling.
