**The Company**

**The Role**
The Scheduler shall be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Integrated Master Schedule for SPO Program.
The schedules shall be developed and managed in accordance with the CASG Project Controls Manual and shall utilise the corporate schedule tool, OPP.
Prior to integration of the supplier and subcontractor schedules, the Scheduler will be required to analyse the submissions and identify any risks or issues to the relevant Commonwealth staff.
The Scheduler is to generate and distribute a range of reports that provide key project status information to the project team and other identified stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Establish and manage the Schedule and Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) as detailed in the CASG Project Controls Manual;
- Engage with Commonwealth project team members and analyse the submitted supplier subcontractor schedules;
- Integrate supplier and subcontractor schedules in OPP;
- Obtain activity status information from the Commonwealth project team;
- Update the schedule (on a monthly basis) to reflect revised Supplier and Subcontractor schedules and the status of the Commonwealth activities;
- Analyse and update budget and expenditure in the Integrated Master Schedule;
- Develop and use schedule elements to assist the CIED unit to adequately monitor and report on project cost and schedule progress
- Other tasks as required.
**Experience and Qualifications required**:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Project Management qualifications at the Certificate IV or higher
- Advanced skills in Open Plan Professional (OPP), Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of CASG Project Controls Manual
- Australian Citizenship - mandatory; and
- Ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance
