Located in the Sutherland Shire this well-established Australian owned Freight Forwarder is seeking an experience Import Sea Operator to join the team. In the role you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of end to end Import Sea shipments, as well as assisting with export operations when required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Job registration
- Monitoring cargo availability and status
- Sea cargo automation
- Organising & lodging underbond movements
- Finalising invoices to clients and overseas agents
- Third party billings
- Monitoring movement of transhipment cargo
- Collection & handover of delivery orders and EDO's
- Organising local & interstate road & rail movements
- Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, overseas agents, customers, suppliers and internal staff

**Experience Required**:

- Import operations experience within Freight Forwarding environment
- Computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel
- Cargowise experience preferred

- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
