**The role**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in machine operation - preferably with Gluing Machines, but training can be provided for the right applicant.

**What is your role?**
Essentially you would be taking care of operating our machinery efficiently and safely
- i.e.:

- Make ready, run and maintain machinery per job
- Undertake gluing (straight line, crash lock bottom, peel and seal)
- Box folding and gluing
- Die cutting
- Laminating/mounting paper to cardboard
- Feed raw materials, and take off and pack finished goods
- Preventative maintenance
- Basic record keeping
- Trouble shooting when needed

It is a fast paced job that needs quick thinking and is action packed.

**What do you need to have?**
We are looking for these key qualities:

- Experience with Bobst Gluer preferred
- A reliable team player
- Have an eye for detail
- Dedicated to quality - like we are
- Aptitude and interest in operating machinery
- Seeking to learn

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Point Cook, VIC 3030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
