Manager, Business Performance Management

**How will I help?**

This role exists to provide end to end business performance, insights, strategic advice, and solutions for the WIB International business. Interacting with teams across the globe, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning & analysis to senior management, managing relationships with key functions in Australia, and driving process efficiency across International.

In collaboration with the Senior Manager, International (Sydney), you will work closely with the International Finance Leadership Team which spans six countries. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will have close interactions across WIB Finance & Treasury.

**Some of the key accountabilities are**:

- Support the International Forecast, and clearly identify key risks & opportunities.
- Work with Lines of Businesses and Treasury to prepare the International balance sheet forecast, monitor regulatory and management risk settings.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification opportunities across international locations.
- Delivering timely and accurate reporting and analysis (including commentaries).
- Providing strategic advice to the business
- Support offshore Finance teams in delivering key objectives
- Timely and accurate forecasting & reporting (monthly / quarterly).
- Support operation of International ALCO, and support inputs into WIB ALCO & Group ALCO.
- Coordinate with the International Finance Teams offshore to deliver common objectives.

**What do I need?**
- Planning & forecasting experience.
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Financial Services experience
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Reporting systems experience (Oracle, TM1,Cognos). - Desirable
